Our 3 step process has been developed specifically to get you into your new home sooner. Here’s how it works.
Day 1 – 7: You tell us where you want to live and we source the best available land in that area. We then present you with all of the best blocks of land. Our dedicated finance specialists handles all of your finance needs and our trusted conveyancing partners assist you with the legal paperwork.
Day 7 – 14: We start planning your house. Pick from our house and land packages or get your house custom drawn. Our property specialists work with you to create a first home that best fits your lifestyle and budget with all of the inclusions you need for a quality, premium finish.
Day 14 – 21: Watch your first home dreams come to life! The build stages of your first home begin. We keep you updated on the progress of your build with regular site photos and updates. We organise your final inspection and conveyancing arrangements and stick with you right up to the day the keys to your new home are in your hands
